Mr. Novelli is a long tenured Morgan Stanley professional, joining the firm in 1995. Earlier in his career, he served with with Kidder, Peabody as well as with Touche Ross in New York City.
David holds the Certified Financial Planner™ certification, has attained his Certified Investment Management Analyst certification, and is a non-practicing CPA. David has been perennially ranked in publications such as Barron’s, Forbes, Houston Business Journal, and Research Magazine.
Throughout his career, Mr. Novelli served an equal commitment to his community through supporting and serving organization such as First Presbyterian Church of Houston Elder, Strake Jesuit College Prep and its Foundation – Board of Trustees, Presbyterian School – Board of Trustees, Gladney Fund – Past Chair, Board of Directors, and Boy Scouts of America-Troop 55 Leader at St. John the Devine Church.
In addition to serving on the LSFM Board of Directors, Mr. Novelli also serves on the museum’s education and development committees.
Based in Houston, Texas, Mr. Novelli received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife Mary have two sons, Matthew and Nicholas. He enjoys boating, hiking, snow skiing, flying and outdoor recreation of all types.
