Science, Fun and Flying
Bring your school group to experience the new Lone Star Flight Museum. Our self-guided tours start with a brief introduction from a member of our Education Department who will provide the appropriate resources for your tour, then students have the freedom to explore the Museum with their chaperone. Docent lead tours are available at no additional charge and include exhibit highlights, illustrating important facts and interesting stories behind the history of flight.
$12 each for students and chaperones; one chaperone for every ten students is required.
Special pricing available for designated groups.
This program is designed for students K-12 and is available beginning 9/5/2017. Tours are available everyday during museum operating hours, 9am - 5pm. Tours outside operating hours require an additional fee. Complimentary docent lead tours last approximately 1 hour. Please notify us if you plan to have lunch in the facility so that we may reserve a space for your group.
Expand your experience by adding one of our TEKS aligned classes. Topics include science and engineering in aviation, technological advancements in aviation, and many more!
